Peking duck spring rolls, Chaa Seafood & Bunja Mango with almond praeline
This dish is a DIY version – peking duck breast served with fresh spring roll pastry, cucumber, mint, coriander, bean sprout and our house made light & tangy sauce.
A hot and spicy dish with a combination of prawns, scallops, calamari, mussel meat & fish stir fried with chilli, green pepper corn & Krachai(lesser ginger) and served with jasmine rice.
