Thai style scallop medallions, asparagus with prawns and cashew nuts, poached pears in red wine sauce

This weeks taste of Thailand at Bunja Thai are some of the favorite creations from the chef's at Bunja Thai:

Entree: Scallops Song Kreung

Scallops medallions with ginger, lemongrass, a touch of chilli and a dash of sesame oil.

 

Mains: Asparagus, prawns and cashew nuts

Fresh asparagus stir fried with prawns and cashew nuts in oyster sauce (mild).

Dessert: Poached pears in red wine

Pears poached in red wine served with whipped cream and Icecream.
