Morton Bay Bugs feature in this weeks Taste of Thailand at Bunja Thai.

Entree: Soft shell crab on rocket salad

Soft shell crab, ightly battered and fried.  Served on a bed of rocket leaves with our sweet chili sauce.

Main: Pud Pong Garee Morton Bay Bugs

Morton bay bugs stir fried with our creamy curry sauce.

Dessert: Pineapple Tod

Fresh pineapple coated with brown sugar, pan fried and served with ice cream.
