Five spice prawns

This weeks evening specials at Bunja: Fice spice prawns, whole spicey snapper and pumpkin custard with pandon.

Entree: Five Spice Prawns with tamarind chutney

Whole prawns in a light batter, fried and then tossed in a tasty five spice mix along with garlic, chilli and spring onions then served with tamarind chutney.

Main meal: Plaa obb hor bai tong

Whole snapper coated with our spicy paste, wrapped with banana leaf then oven baked and serve with sticky rice.

Dessert: Kao neow pumpkin custard

Home made pumpkin custard with a hint of pandan, oven baked then served with creamed sticky rice and coconut gelato.
