Mussels & green prawns stirfry

Pud Chaa Talae

Some very tasty dishes this week for Bunja Thai's Taste of Thailand. With steamed New Zealand mussels, green prawns and cococream slice. Enjoy the flavors of Thailand in Bendigo!

Entree:   Hor mok Hoi

New Zealand mussels steamed in our thick curry sauce served with a dash of coconut cream, fresh lime leaf and Thai basil.

Main meal:    Pud Chaa Talae

Fresh green prawns, fish, calamari, scallops & mussels stirfried with crushed chilli, garlic, finger root(chinese ginger), green pepper corn and fresh Thai basil.
 

Dessert:  Kao Neow Tudd Naa Nuen

Steam sticky rice with cococream slice, served with locally made coconut gelato.
