Pork belly with Asian greens

Steamed chicken dumplings, pork belly with Asian greens and steamed coconut and pandan dumplings are this weeks Chefs specials at Bunja Thai.

Entree: Sakoo Sai Gai

Thai style steamed chicken dumplings with fresh corriander, lettuce and drizzle of garlic oil.

Main: Paa Loh pork belly with Asian green

Slow cooked pork belly in soy sauce with a hint of star anise, cloves & cinnamon and served with blanched asian greens (home grown &organic). This dish has been selected and made to complement the Asawa Riesling.

Dessert: Kanom Tom Sai Maprao

Steamed coconut and pandan leaf dumplings served with ice cream and a drizzle with cream of coconut.
