Slow cooked pork belly in soy sauce with a hint of star anise, cloves & cinnamon and served with blanched asian greens (home grown &organic). This dish has been selected and made to complement the Asawa Riesling.
Dessert: Kanom Tom Sai Maprao
Steamed coconut and pandan leaf dumplings served with ice cream and a drizzle with cream of coconut.
